Refund & Exchange Policy — Hot-Food Pre-Orders

All hot-food pre-orders are final. Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared items, refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated once an order has been confirmed. We kindly ask that all orders be reviewed carefully prior to completion.

If you experience any issues with your order at the time of pickup, please notify a team member immediately so we may address the matter appropriately.
